We choose to use 100% CARBON NEUTRAL DELIVERY.

Tuovus Tea is shipped daily to customers across the US. We strive to provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times - however, ask for your patience and understanding during times of hardship - whether that be due to  weather conditions or other emergencies.

To keep shipping and handling costs as low as possible, you can expect your tea to arrive Nationally, within 3-5 business days.

• Flat shipping & handling of $5.00 on all tea orders up to $45.
• Free shipping & handling on tea orders over $45.

The timeline for order delivery is:

• Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the warehouse, located in TX, for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed.
• Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Delivery usually takes about 3-5 business days.
