For all exchanges, refunds & returns you have 30 days from the date of receipt.

DON'T LIKE OUR TEA?
Straight up we can tell you that we will be heartbroken. We put 100% effort into our brew, but if our tea doesn't rock your teapot then drop us a line at teo@tuovus.com we will refund your money. Full disclosure, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. USPS is not that generous. Oh, and by the way you have 30 days to get it sorted!

EXCHANGES
We get it. Sometimes you change your mind. We've all been there. You walk to the pantry looking forward to making up a big jug of that awesome Mint Apple iced tea you love from TuovusTea, only to find you mistakenly bought Strawberry Mango. To make matters worse, strawberries bring you out in hives! Drop Teo a line at teo@tuovus.com and we'll take it from there. In full disclosure, we do ask that you pay the return shipping charge.

WE GOT YOUR ORDER WRONG!
Our bad! Someone, more than likely the boss because the rest of the crew are totally awesome, wasn't paying attention. Let us know as soon as you can, and we'll fix it, including covering the cost of shipping. Email teo@tuovustea.com and we will get onto it straight away. That's a promise.

DAMAGED TEA
So it's never happened before but never say never right! Teabags are kind of hard to break. They come sealed in a really strong stay-fresh foil bag and we post them in a sturdy plastic post-pack. But if the impossible happens don't fret, we will replace them.  Email teo@tuovustea.com to get the ball rolling.

REFUNDS
Teo will email you when your refund has been processed. You'll be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Sometimes it takes a while for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too - but never hesitate to reach out if it seems to be taking too long.
